Clint Eastwood-aka Ducky, was given a second chance with just a day left to live, by finding himself in a foster home. The shelter he was in was overcrowded. He is the most loving and dotting gentleman. He loves his plushy toys, insists on wearing clothes, is super friendly with other dogs, and acted as a nanny/nurse dog to the resident dog who was sick with cancer. Ducky is a quick learner and picked up some training cues from the resident dog who was a trained service animal. Ducky still needs work on walks as he tends to get nervous outside and pulls on the leash (probably because he was dumped) and tends to be slow to warm up to tall white males. Though he does warm up quickly once he’s assured he won’t be hurt, and loves to give and get cuddles and kisses. Ducky is not afraid of women and does tend to prefer them. He would thrive in a household that will work with him on positive reinforcement training and would be great with a gentle resident dog as he seems to love having a pal. We are not sure how he would react to cats but when meeting chickens in a coop he liked to just sit and happily watch them. No attempts to bust into the coop to get them. He comes with his favorite toys which tend to be plushy ducks, and some sweaters, shirts, jacket, and a scarf of his own that he was overjoyed to receive.
Ducky is currently located with his foster family in San Francisco, CA
