Austero, is a 7-year-old husky mix who is neutered and up to date on shots. Hi is moderate in energy, and would make an excellent emotional support animal. He’d thrive with someone who is home more often. He’s a big cuddle bug/lap dog who knows basic commands. Austero loves other dogs and has.done very well. However, he’s not a fan of pushy/dominant dogs. He has been introduced to cats, but still a work in progress (he will chase but no aggression is seen) Austero seems to do well with kids but would be better with older kids (doesn’t realize his strength- may accidentally knock over smaller children) He likes to chew, but doesn’t get onto higher tables for things (above his eye level) Austero would make an amazing companion for just about anyone whether adventurous or more chill, as long as he’s by your side!
